At Bodegas Estada we pamper and take care of the stock all year round. We know from experience that we can only obtain the best grapes if we take great pains over our work.

Our 38 hectares of own vineyards enable us, together with an oenologist, to select the best fruit of each variety from the different plots of land.

We harvest the grapes at night, as it is then when they are cooler and we can control the fermentation process at lot better. Only a very short time elapses from the collection of the grapes until their arrival at the winery. The fruit does not suffer any loss or deterioration during transport.

On our 12 plots of land distributed throughout the municipal area of Castillazuelo, we cultivate the varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Tempranillo, Merlot, Garnacha and Chardonnay.
