The destemmed grapes are pumped into stainless steel tanks for controlled fermentation at temperatures between 24 and 28ºC. For temperature control, during fermentation several pumpovers are carried out by means of an innovative system, known as “OBI”-tank, allowing us to break up and homogenize the pulp head.
15 months min. in 225 l French and american oak barrels.
Bright red wine with a half-layer ruby-red colour.
Clean, intense aromas suggesting red berries with the toasty and spicy flavours of oak barrel ageing finely integrated. On the palate it displays a rich variety of flavours without losing its silkiness and harmonious structure. Pleasant and long aftertaste.
