Night-time mechanical harvesting.
VINIFICATION
After destemming, the grapes are transferred to stainless steel tanks for their fermentation at controlled temperatures in the range of 24-28ºC. For temperature control, during fermentation several pumpovers are carried out by means of an innovative system, known as “OBI”-tanks, which allow us to break and homogenize the head.
AGEING PROCESS
At least fifteen months in 225 l American and French oak barrels followed by 24 months ageing in the bottle.
WINE TASTING
Deep cherry-red colour.
Pure, intense aromas reminiscent of ripe dark-red fruits with the toasty and spicy flavours provided by barrel ageing perfectly integrated. Tasty and fruity with a good volume on the palate. Long aftertaste. Extraordinarily tasty with all of its components in perfect balance.
