HARVESTING
Night-time mechanical harvesting.
VINIFICATION
The destemmed grapes are pumped into stainless steel tanks for controlled fermentation at temperatures bet- ween 24 and 28ºC. For temperature control, during fermentation several pumpovers are carried out by means of an innovative system, known as “OBI”-tank, allowing us to break up and homogenize the pulp head.
AGEING PROCESS
15 months min. in 225 l French and american oak ba- rrels.
WINE TASTING
Bright red wine with a half-layer ruby-red colour.
Clean, intense aromas suggesting red berries with the toasty and spicy flavours of oak barrel ageing finely integrated. On the palate it displays a rich variety of flavours without losing its silkiness and harmonious structure. Pleasant and long aftertaste.
