HARVESTING
Night-time mechanized harvesting during the first days of September 2007, selecting the most appropiate plots of the vineyard and the best grapes.

VINIFICATION
After destemming, the grapes were transferred to stain- less steel tanks for fermentation at controlled tempera- tures between 24 and 28ºC. During this process several pumpovers were carried out by means of an innovative system known as “OBI tank” which allows us to break up the head and to homogenize its temperature. After ageing in 225 litre French oak barrels for at least 24 months, it was bottled in July 2010.

WINE TASTING
Well covered, dark cherry-red colour. Clean and intense aromas reminiscent of ripe black fruits with the toasty and spicy flavours provided by barrel ageing, result in a wine with a very well assem- bled aromatic complexity . Tasty, fruityand voluminous on the palate where it displays the same sensations as in the aromatic phase. Long aftertaste. Tasty, with all of its components in perfect harmony and tannins of high quality.
