Night-time mechanical harvesting.
VINIFICATION
After destemming the grapes are transferred to stainless steel tanks for their fermentation at controlled temperatures between 24 and 28ºC. For temperature control, during fermentation several pumpovers are carried out by means of an innovative system, known as “OBI-tanks, which allow us to break and homogenize the head.
AGEING PROCESS
4 months in 225 l French and American oak barrels.
WINE TASTING
Bright, cherry-red colour with violet shades on the border. Clean, intense aromas with notes of red berries. Rich in spicy, toasty coffee tones. On the palate, it displays its freshness and its well balanced flavours with fine tannins perfectly integrated. Pleasant finish.
