HARVESTING
Night-time mechanical harvesting.

VINIFICATION
Once destemmed, it is left to macerate cold at 9ºC for about 14 hours. Then it is drained and the must is maintained cold, carrying out static debourbage after 48 hours. Fermentation at 18º C is followed by debourbage and cold stabilisation.

WINE TASTING
Crystalline, strawberry-rosé colour. Clean, intense aromas of red fruits. Tasty, fresh, fruity and lively. Perfect balance between the wine's body and its acid component.
